CCAP Enrollment Steps

91¿´Æ¬Íø College's College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) Courses Require Three Enrollment Steps for Successful Registration:

  1. 91¿´Æ¬Íø College Admissions Application (Re-admission is not required if student was enrolled with 91¿´Æ¬Íø College within the last two primary terms - Fall or Spring)
  2. (One-Time) Dual Enrollment Permit to Enroll Form
  3. (Course-Specific) CCAP Enrollment Form

Once the above steps are completed by the CCAP Enrollment Deadlines established below, 91¿´Æ¬Íø College staff will manually register students into the appropriate CCAP course.

2025-26 Academic Year High School Teacher Led* CCAP Enrollment Deadlines

Term Enrollment Deadline
Fall Only (courses ending in December 2025) Friday, November 14
Fall/Year-Round (courses ending in May/June 2026) Friday, March 6
Spring Only (courses ending in May/June 2026) Friday, March 27

*High School Teacher Led CCAP sections are those in which the high school teacher is the instructor of record for the high school and 91¿´Æ¬Íø College. 

*Enrollment Deadlines vary for short term classes, and particular SLOHS classes based on the Trimester schedule. Please see High School Teacher and/or counselor for more information. 


CCAP Enrollment Steps Per Role:

STUDENT
  • Begin at first question; just before STEP 1;and work through the remaining steps applicable to you
PARENT
  • Proceed to STEP 6 and review Parent Directions
COUNSELOR
  • Proceed to STEP 7 and review Counselor Directions
PRINCIPAL
  • Proceed to STEP 6 and review Principal Directions


Have you ever applied to or attended 91¿´Æ¬Íø College?

If No: Begin at STEP 1

If Yes: Proceed to STEP 7 

If enrolled at 91¿´Æ¬Íø College in the same term as your CCAP course: Proceed to STEP 7


(First Time Students only)

OpenCCCApply is a Third Party Account that is required for first time 91¿´Æ¬Íø College applicants to start and complete 91¿´Æ¬Íø College Admissions Application.

Once completed, please stay logged into your CCCApply account and proceed to the STEP 3: 91¿´Æ¬Íø College Admissions Application


(Dual Enrollment Students Who Have Previously Applied to or Attended 91¿´Æ¬Íø College)

Previously applied 91¿´Æ¬Íø College applicants will need to re-access their OpenCCCApply Account.

STEP 3: 91¿´Æ¬Íø College Admissions Application

Once completed, please review STEP 4 for information on next steps with your my91¿´Æ¬Íø login


STEP 4: Have you set up your my91¿´Æ¬Íø portal and can successfully log into your my91¿´Æ¬Íø portal?

  • No: Proceed to STEP 5
  • Yes and CCAP Permit to Enroll is not completed/on file: Proceed to STEP 6 
  • Yes and CCAP Permit to Enroll is completed/on file: Proceed to STEP 7

STEP 5: Setup and Login to your my91¿´Æ¬Íø Portal

Once your first 91¿´Æ¬Íø College admissions application is submitted, 91¿´Æ¬Íø College will e-mail you in 2-3 business days with your my91¿´Æ¬Íø login.

STEP 6: Dual Enrollment Permit to Enroll Form

(One-Time Approval Form)

Submission of a Permit To Enroll Form that includes a Parent and Principal signature is REQUIRED ONLY only once for 91¿´Æ¬Íø's Enrichment & CCAP courses and is valid for the duration of your entire time at your current high school.

  1. Make sure you are logged into your my91¿´Æ¬Íø portal (see STEP 5 for my91¿´Æ¬Íø login support)
  2. In a new tab, open
